1 Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.

3 Account Registration

If you already have an account and attempt to register a second account, both accounts may be suspended and any funds held across both accounts may be forfeited. 09 Bet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances where the outcome was already known at the time of betting. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

• Bets can only be placed using funds available in your 09 Bet account balance. Credit betting is not available.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

For live casino games, the result displayed on screen at the end of each round is the official result. For sports betting, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body is used to settle bets. Any subsequent changes to official results after settlement will not result in bets being re-settled unless 09 Bet determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09 Bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
